I upgraded my TV package yesterday, was just wondering how long it takes to process n the extra channels to appear?
If you processed the regrade online it may take a few days.
If you did it over the phone it's usually immediate.
Try and force the update. Using your remote control go to
Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
