Upgrade Order Delay

I place an upgrade (broadband and TV) order on 29th March 2020. I received an email with order confirmation number but not heard anything since. I appreciate that this is a difficult time and as per Virgin's advice have not phoned the call centre. However, I was wondering if this wait time is to be expected or if there is anything else I need to do.
