Updating equipment

I have 2 TIVO boxes both very old and not working well. If we try to watch Netflix programmes stop working half way through and the same with any rented films or things we watch on Iplayer.  I presume the boxes need updating. Any idea how to get this done? Thanks

Hi weedalrymple  ( love the name)

This can often be fixed by rebooting your box.

You can also try the following if that fails :-

Using the remote go to  Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network connection.

When was the last successful connection?

If you follow "connect to Virgin Media service" it should update the network connection.

You can check that maybe 25/30 minutes later by going into the settings again and checking the last successful connection again.
