Just renewed my contract and discovered that the package I have been put on to is not the one that I actually agreed to verbally over the telephone. I also raised a complaint to address this and it is now showing up as resolved despite this not being the case. Received no telephone call or anything despite asking them to ring me with an update when a decision was made on my complaint. Then rang the call centre only to end up being put on hold by the operator and disconnected. Really unhappy with this shoddy customer service. Anyone else experienced the same problems. As things currently stand I am being left with no choice but to cancel all of my Virgin Services and go to another provider like Sky.
