Halfway through watching a film on Virgin Media, that I have paid for, the picture freezes and error message C130 or similar appears. Selecting to reconnect (no need to check the cables that are absolutely fine) eventually fixes it - usually.
This also happens with iPlayer.
It is quite unacceptable that a cable service is so consistently bad. There are lots of similar posts on this poor service.
I have to say this also happens to me. I have posted this morning about Netflix not playing and having to reboot the tivo box daily to make it work, but I also suffer with the issues you are posting about. I end up purchasing films via Apple or Amazon instead due to the reliability issues, and watch Iplayer and other dtreaming services via my TV. A good as given up on the TiVo box and thinking what is the point in having it. If it wasn't for VM broadband I'd seriously consider the Sky Q box!
