Unknown charge for app

Logged into my first bill to see an unknown charge for an app-Andrea Braizer get fit for £3.99. I have not signed up for this app and would like a refund. I have seen lots of complaints on the forum about unexpected charges. This is not good enough. I am a new customer and don't expect such a poor service.

I'm afraid not. Nobody has contacted me. Due to work, my preference was email and I have not had one.
