Unable to view BBC 1 & 2 ITV and C4 in lounge but working in another room.
Have restarted box and router and checked cables.
Are you getting any specific error messages on the screen? I would suspect you will be, but it's what they are that might help.
You can try swapping the boxes around, to help prove the box vs the cabling.
And you'll probably end up calling Virgin TV faults on 150 (or 0345 4541111) to report it.
