We have been suffering from intermittent problems on HD channels. Has been mainly ITV, but tonight BBC News and BBC1 are suffering.
If I go to the web 'test your equipment page' (https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/prepare-perform-diagnosis), then click the 'run test' button all I get is an 'oops something's broken' page (https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/perform-diagnosis).
This is not much help, please advise.
It would help if you said what the issue you are having actually was.
If it's pixelation then read the red post at the top of the forum.
It varies from pixelation to complete 'channel not available' hence my desire to run the online test.
Sounds like a signal issue, I would call it in as a fault.
Looks like VM don't read their own forum, you'd think they might be interested that part of their own website doesn't work!

I'm getting exactly the same "oops something is wrong" problem when I wanted to test TV service and so I too ask that VM fix their website links!!
The problem I initially had was a problem with on demand being temporarily unavailable which I have now and had to reboot my VM box to fix the other day.
