My internet is intermittent so I tried to run a service test from the service status page and I get the following error page. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

That was probably a temporary problem, I've just managed to run a test via My Virgin Media ( it's the same test as clicking on the Check service status link)
If it still isn't working for you, either try incognito mode in your current browser, or a different browser.
