I went on to the Virgin Media: TiVo service on my television and tried to log on.
I would put my password details.
I get a message saying password details not recognised.
It ends up on the Virgin Media Media Store page.
I notice that I am not logged on.
It has not been long since I have got my new TiVo box and wonder if that could be the reason why my login details, havenot been recognised.
Yes I have as I have made 6 purchases.
