As usual , Virgin Media just say "VM having issues with TiVo Boxes" 48 hours plus is not acceptable.

Last problem, with lost emails, lost mailboxes and files, took THREE weeks to sort out.

Hi. Virgin Media have arranged for technician  to visit. Unable to help or understand on line.
