URGEN not received prepaid package

I’ve cancelled my service more than one month ago I have called virgin media three times regarding my prepaid package and I’m yet to receive it I’m getting emails saying I will be charged if I don’t return the equipment virgin media so far has failed to send me the prepaid package can someone help me out please to sort this VM’s mess ?

Do you mind if I ask which equipment you have? Is it a V6/Hub 3, or a TiVo 500/Hub2/2ac?

Hello

just got an email which is similar to previous  emails giving me instructions on how to post it.

my only problem is VM is not sending the prepaid package to me, I know how to do the sending process but I can’t do that if they don’t send me prepaid package. 
more then one month chasing virgin media 3 phone calls plus numerous times requested online
