UKTV Play has stopped appearing in Catch Up

I have been watching 'Strike' series on catch up and selecting the UKTV Play provider when given a choice. This worked well up until about a week ago. Now when I try I only get offered Virgin Media Store.  UKTV Play's website states that 'Strike' is still available. I have powered off/on my V6 box but still cannot get the option. Is there a technical issue?

It looks like one episode from S2 is available on BoxSets, but otherwise it's all on PPV options, yes.

Plenty other UKTV programmes are listed under BoxSets & CatchUp, so it looks like these programmes have probably expired. There should have been on-screen warnings of VOD programmes expiring there normally are.

However these episodes are STILL available via the UKTV play website. I have had to use my PC to continue viewing the series. So they have not expired on UKTV play

I don't dispute that.

Different TV platforms, and different ways of watching, will have different availability windows.

If UK-TV provided an app to Virgin Media, then the likelihood of discrepancies such as this would be vast reduced. But you'll never eliminate them entirely.

Its started working again. UKTV play appears as normal in catch up options. So it must have been a technical issue that's now been sorted
