Tv

My tv was pixilating I contact virgin a month ago and spoke to someone who recommended a new tvio box as rebooting wasn't helping 

I got my new tivo box and I'm still having problems especially if I have recorded any thing it's just a green screen 

I would like to book an engineer as I think it's the cabling that's knackered 

How do u book an engineer plz 😁

Can you elaborate on what you mean by a green screen?

A green-tint on your picture could be a dodgy HDMI cable or port. Have you swapped/changed this?

That's a fault all day long.

Best reporting that by the usual faults options.

150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
