I have just installed a new V6 box after it went faulty. Now my TiVo box in the back room is showing error code 7400. I have unplugged and plugged back in but still the same code 7400 appears. The picture is behind the statement. Any suggestions welcome to enable a solve.

Hi Stephen1123,

it sounds like you had 2 boxes and VM have deactivated the wrong one in error.

You need to phone 0800 953 9500 to get your box re-activated. You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number

That department is probably cosed now for the evening, so best to try at 8am tomorrow when it's least busy.
