Fault reported two weeks ago. Virgin keep saying fault fixed by engineers but the fault persists. 20 mins only of tv. No access to guide or recordings.
Sorry if I'm misunderstanding your problem, but your TiVo/V6 should still allow access to your recordings even if there's a fault with the incoming TV signal.
The recordings are stored on your hard-drive. Are you saying your box is rebooting constantly?
