Tv stuck on start up

Hello, can anyone help with the best way to sort out tv when stuck on starting up....it just stay on the hello screen???

i have reboot

follow the step on the website- try the message services with no result.

do the online test but that say it’s working fine?? But still no tv

call the customer service number and they did automatic test and than hung up- when I phone back to speak to a person not a robot- I was on hold for over a hour and than the phone went dead! ..... the customer service I expected- starting to consider going else where- as this is the second day in after taking all these steps.... can someone please help??

Sorry to say, but you're doing the right thing in calling VM-faults to report this. I sympathise with the queues hanging up on you, but calling back - perhaps when they're quieter - is the way to go.

I'm afraid this community forum isn't a direct replacement for calling C/S, or a way to avoid the call queues.
