Tv remote pairing for hitachi tv

Having difficulty pairing the tv remote for a hitachi tv.  It’s a replacement control which paired perfectly on the old remote, so it is possible, have tried everything but no success.

Hi @las42479 

The first thing to do is try new batteries, even though you will have been supplied with a set of batteries.

If that doesn't work then reset the replacement  remote -  the instructions are on <<< this page >>>  and then try pairing it again.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues paring the remote, can you confirm if you have done what newapollo has instructed? 

Have you managed to get this resolved or are you still having issues with this?
