Tv pixelation

How can I speak to someone or book an engineer when I can't get through on the phone and can't get access to my account?

Hi

You can post on here and wait (could be a few days) for VM staff to pick this post up, or keep trying to call through. Sorry to not (be able to) give you an alternative.

You can try the text message service, but it has a similar turnaround time to this forum and isn't really intended for faults reporting.

Hey there Shuz32,

 

Sorry to hear about the TV pixelation you're having and that you've been unable to access your account. Using the information we have on here I can see that you've spoken to an agent and an engineer was arranged since you last posted. Are you still having issues with the TV Pixelation?

 

Regarding your account, is it the online account? Have you moved address recently? What happens when you try and log into your account or reset your password?
