Tv picture pixelates

I contacted customer service on Friday 20th September. Reported pixelating on tv picture. They refreshed my box, ok for two days. Picture has started to break up again. Can a member of staff send an engineer to check the street cabinet. I live in Southampton SO16 8EW.

Hi you need to phone to achieve this, explain you need the signal adjusting between the headend box and your TV box which can only be done by a virgin engineer.Regards Micky

I'm very sorry to hear about the pixelation issues you have been experiencing over the last couple of days and I have now sent you a private message so I can take a closer look the problem.
