Very sorry you're having an issue with the quality of the picture of the box at the moment and for the delay in getting back in touch.
I've had a look at your account and I can see that there is an SNR (Sound to noise ratio) fault in your area at the moment under the reference F008451144. This fault can cause some intermittent issues with your TV and internet. The fault is due to be fixed today by 18:00 this evening.
