Tv guide not updating as normal

I've noticed that the TV guide hasn't been updating as normal every 6 hours or so. When I checked the service status it shows that the last update that updated the TV guide seemed to happen about midnight last night.  Even though the network connects to do the standard connections sucessfully every 6 hours nothing seems to be downloaded for the TV guide to do the usual updates.  Is this the same nationwide and is this normal because there doesn't seem to be a problem on the service status page in my area. Any ideas of what I can do if anything?

Hi Jude2, 

Really sorry you're having issues with the TV Guide updating, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal. 

Can I ask if this is still happening or if it's been sorted since your post?


If it hasn't then please let us know which box you're using and we'll run some further checks.
