Welcome to our Forum and sorry to hear that your TiVo box keeps dropping out. I've had a look and can you check whether it's the TiVo or the V6 box as I can only see the V6 box online and all looks good.
Are you able to try a different HDMI cable to see if it resolves the problem? Does it happen every day and after a while or as soon as you turn it on? Please give us more information so we can help.
