I have had an extra box added to bedroom and it is no longer working it keeps coming up telling me its starting up but then it goes off and i don't get any further than that, I've tried switching it off and leaving it by both the power source and the wifi box but nothing has changed. Anyone ideas what i can do.

Any TV box that's restarting anything more than occasionally, or isn't booting up, has a fault.

There's 2 ways you can report faults..

1: Calling in - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the "I have a fault" options

2: Wait on here for VM staff to respond, this may take a couple of days.
