Tv and wifi loss

Error code on tv 602 loss of service, tv stops then goes to home screen for channels and experience loss of WiFi all the time. Have rebooted the box which the screen asks you to do but does not fix issues. Into double figures with box reboots now, getting rather tedious as nothing fixes this repeated problems.

Does anything show on service status ? Also try calling 0800 5610061 which can sometimes list more localised issues.

If that fails to resolve, call TV Faults on 150 or 0345 4541111

Hi

Service status wasn’t available came up Virgin media oops error unable to load page and tried reloading page same problem. Phoning the fault line is a dreadful experience waited for 1hour problem is you no idea where you are in the queues to have your call answered just the same songs on a loop.

Thanks for your post 

I am sorry though that you have had to let us know about this error code 602

I was looking at a few things from here to help, but I can see that a replacement box has been arranged to be sent out 

Can you please let us know how this box settles in

Hi 

I will let you know how things go with the box certainly. 
It hasn’t been at all easy to get to this stage to get something arranged that will hopefully sort this constant issue.
