Saturday 21.00 we started watching Netflix, it was slow to start up the program ran for 4 minutes and dropped out with the buffering symbol running back up to 100% this took about a minute, as soon as the program reset it lasted less than a minute and dropped out again.
the internet was off for 25 minutes. By this time we started watching a recorded movie, the picture on the last ten minutes was almost unwatchable.
after a long day working I switch on my iPad at 22.00 I had a bill to pay online, near the end of the transaction the broadband went off it took me almost 30 minutes to reconnect, and the next 30 minutes to find out if the payment was made.
then I am left watching pixelated pictures on my tv
how do I get this fixed
how long do I wait while I am paying for an inferior service and virgin media is still taking money, last months bill was £170 . When do I start to get value for money???
