I have spent most of the afternoon. Trying to get someone from Virgin Media to engage with my issue. I pay a lot of money but get no customer service. My TV continually breaks up and I need to get support.
Why do Virgin telephone numbers live chat etc all result in feedback loops and go nowhere?0
Try ringing about 8 am. Little point at other times just now and the other contact methods don't seem to work either. I finally got through about my problem 2 days ago, they sent an engineer who has just left. Highly efficient
Now have new TV box. Service restored and happy again
