Trouble with TV / TIVO Box

My TV picture has developed an annoying "jitter". The picture briefly breaks up and thin lines appear on the screen. The box has also become increasingly slow over the last month.

I have been trying to call Virgin Media over the last few days but after an hour of waiting, I'm cut off.

Is there any other way I can report this to Virgin?

Is this on live TV? Or OnDemand?

Have you tried restarting the box?

This happens with live tv and tv I have recorded. Not on demand.

Yes, I have tried re-started the box on several occasions.
