Tivobox not working - replacement needed

Hi all,

any idea how to get a new TiVo box? 
my one is driving me crazy, regularly not turning on from the handset even though the light goes from red to white. I try pressing multiple times, and then ultimately haVe to reset the box each time. 
this has been going on and off for about a year. I’ve put up with it long enough now. Considering the monthly amount, a new box is in order.

Please can someone point me in the direction of ordering a new one as this one is faulty, cheers

You've put up with it about 11 and a half months longer than I would have!

Virgin TV Faults - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
