Hi VM Community,

My Tivo box is continuously rebooting I think the hard-drive has packed up - would you be able to help?

To report service faults, you need to call Virgin C/S:

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

I'm sorry to see you've been having some issues with the TV- I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, and can see you're currently affected by an area SNR issue, fault reference is F008669344 .

 

The estimated fix time is 28th December, once this has been resolved and problems you're experiencing should be resolved.

 

Let us know if you still have any problems after this date.
