Tivo

    Tivo on a loop between Welcome page and what looks like a update image, three days and unable to speak to anyone waiting over an hour but sadly getting no answer. Have tried all advice from others who have had a similar issue but nothing changes when it's all plugged back in. The Tivo box is only a few months old. Any help would be much appreciated thank you.

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.
