Tivo

My Tivo box has been shutting down and rebooting every half hour for a week now, tried to contact someone from Virgin via the website using a couple of different methods with no luck, had to take to twitter for this forum to be suggested

Did you consider using a phone, 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone

somebody from support is allegedly picking it up but the phone number is handy thanks
