Hi. Try changing the video output. If it is on 2160p try 1080p.

Display
To change the way that the picture shows on your TV, like widescreen and output format, you’ll need to adjust the display format.
1.Press Home on your remote
2.Select Help & Settings
3.Choose Settings
4.Select Video Output

FormatYour box receives signals in any of these possible formats – 2160p, 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 576i and 576p. Your V6 will automatically set the best video output format for your TV. You can also set the output format for your TV by going to the Video Output Format screen and selecting Auto Detect.
The Video Output Format screen allows you to test and set the video output format manually. Select Test Formats and then follow the on-screen prompts to test which formats your television can display.The supported formats will be automatically selected in the list of available video formats.
