Tivo stuck on 16%

My Tivo box has been stuck at Loading channels 16% for days.

It is only 14 metres from the Virgin WiFi hub and the wireless network connection says 62% Good.  I have tried resetting the box numerous times without success.

Can someone show me how to resolve this please?

Hi I take it you have an older Tivo box and not a V6, if so try press home, help and settings, settings, network, reconnect to the virgin media network now, let it go through the motions, you should have the first three ticked and the last one go up in percentage to 100%. Regards Micky

You've mentioned that "the wireless network connection says 62%" - where are you seeing this?

micky has mentioned about your using a TiVo, but it doesn't support WiFi - can you check here which box you have?

Yes its a V6. Confusing though as the help files have TiVo all over them.

Hi. japitts just showed me its a V6. I don't know why I can't get channels as apps like Netflix are OK.

It won't work without the coaxial, the V6 needs both

It did work originally. I was getting all channels without a cable. It says the network strength is good and I can get Netflix

Virgin Media is a cable-TV service, and needs a cable connection. The co-ax is the cable.

No co-ax cable = no TV channels.

You may be getting confused with a V6 that gets its internet connection separately via your Homehub, and therefore gets streaming apps & VOD that way. The TV channels still come over the co-ax
