Tivo says not connected to internet

Hi my tivo box is not connected to the internet meaning I cannot use catch up /on demand services etc.

The wifi is on, all wires are connected correctly so I wonder if there is an issue with the box? My tivo box in another room works fine?

Who can I contact to replace the box please?
