Hi, can anyone help? Certain buttons on TiVo remote have stopped working! I can no longer record or use the down cursor. How do I get a new remote? Customer services are not taking calls because of the Covid crisis.Any help would be great.Thanks

You can text (not call) Virgin on 07533 051 809 and after a bit of to-and-fro with an automated bot at first you should be able to start a text chat with a VM rep who can send you a remote.
Or you can wait for someone from VM to pick up this thread.
