Hi my remote control isn't working. I have changed the batteries and went through all the trouble shooting on the website. I have called 150 not able to speak to anyone and tried the live chat where again I am not speaking to a real person. Can anyone tell me how I can get a replacement remote please for a tivo box? Thank you.
Hi if you phone again immediately after ringing the system should recognise you have just rung and hopefully connect with a human being, also first thing in the morning 8am you will get through quite easily, also if you have your security number to hand it helps greatly, hope you have some luck.Regards Micky
