Struggling as can't order a new remote online, as it loops round, despite trying to use Chrome, Firefox etc. Please Please Please can someone from Virgin Media pick up message and order me a new remote !!
A member of the forum team should pick this up for you in a day or two.
In the meantime do you have the TVControl app? If not you can download that and use it as a temporary remote.

Or call in and speak to Faults 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and order the remote for you.
