Tivo not working how to contact Virgin?

Tivo not working for 2 days now

When switch it on it brings up the homepage

But as soon as I click on anything I get a blank screen.

I have done all the checks Rebooted tivo Check all th wires

Whats the next step without waiting for hours on the phone on a Monday morning (My Birthday lol) to speak to someone?

Tried to Contact Virgin again a few mins ago

Went through all the checks again

Every time you do that it comes up a diiferent message!

But this time it said bok an engineer!

So hes coming on Friday

Do we get a refund ?

Automatic compensation doesn't cover TV, but you may have an argument for loss of service credits once the fault is cleared.

Do you have VM broadband? Asking because faulty TiVo's are now replaced with V6 that need broadband to work.

Yes have broadband and tivo. 

Hopefully engineer will come Friday and fix it.

Was watching something I had recorded and it just went blank.

Visit went well Now got a Virgin V6 box which is working well so far
Told I will need a new Hub to plug my phone into now
All new to me Just hate having wires around 2 doors now

With the Hub, have you received an adapter or any information to suggest that your phone will be switching to the Hub anytime soon?
