Tivo not working, flashing lights

We have been unable to use out TiVo box for almost 1 week now, there are all sorts of coloured lights flashing.

Have checked all connections, run tests etc and no joy. Really not having any luck. 

Tried ringing helpline but closed due to Covid, not sure how to fix or replace.

Please help!

Sorry to hear about your service problems...

Realistically you have 3 choices to report faults..

1: Post on here and wait (upto a week) for forum staff to respond.

2: Use the text message service (07533 051809)

3: Persist with calling through - C/S are open, but staffing levels may well vary 😞

Sorry to hear about the flashing lights Jazmine0806. I've checked your details using the information we have on here and can see that a replacement Hub has been arranged since you last posted. Please wait for it to arrive and follow the guidance in the packaging to activate it. Do let us know if you have any problems with it.
