Tivo malfunction

Tivo box failing to boot up. Gets to starting up message, then stops and starts again. It is in a perpetual cycle. I have done all of the usual switch off, unplug, check connections etc., etc., etc........

This has been going on for three days now

Virgin web site hopeless. Every link takes me to a "broken" page message - that is EVERY link.

I am on the verge of cancelling with Virgin after 20+ years, but cannot talk to anyone to do so.

Someone deal with this, please.

VM staff respond to posts on here, but it can take several days to do so.

Please don't give up on calling this fault through to C/S in the meantime.

HI captain, thanks for the message and we are sorry to hear that there is a fault with the set top box and that you are thinking of cancelling the service. Have you managed to speak with the team regarding this or do you still require assistance? It does seem that an engineer would be needed and let us know so that this can be looked into further for you. Chris
