For the past couple of weeks our Tivo gets slower and slower to respondd and the only 'fix' is a restart.
I thought I'd run the diagnostic tests from the website, but as per when I tried to do this a couple of years back it doesn't work!!!!!
What do I do now....?
Bumpity bump. is anyone from VM actually reading this?
Since us mortals can't run the tests any chance you could do it?
Would also be nice if you either fixed the functionality on the website or removed it.
Bump again. IS ANYONE FROM VIRGINMEDIA ACTUALLY READING THIS?
We are still getting dog slow menus and channel not authorised every couple of days.
Only cure is a box restart and it's starting to get annoying!
