Tivo box

Tivo box is no longer working and we can't get any service from your help centre. Do we need to chnge our internet provider as we currently have no access to TV and haven't had a reply from Virgin

You can log into your virgin media account and use the chat to request a replacement tivo stb to be sent to you by post or txt the number  07533051809with your problem and someone will get back to you
