My Tivo box is rebooting in a loop and will not display any program data tried everything short of deleting all my data which I do not want to lose.
Is the only solution going to be a new box?
Tried telephoning cannot get through.

Apologies for any problems with your Tivo box.
I was able to locate your account, and it seems pretty clear to me there's a few issues which will probably require the attention of an engineer.
