Thank you for getting in touch, this is a weird one indeed! If the service seems to be working as it should, I wouldn't worry too much about this but we can certainly try a few things to see if we can get everything reporting as it should.
I've had a look at the backend of your services and it looks like the devices you've mentioned are showing up twice for us as well. I can see that you've recently rebooted the hub, but have you performed a factory reset at all? If not, I'd recommend giving it a go. This is done by poking a paperclip or similar into the pinhole labelled RESET for at least 20 seconds. Please bear in mind that this would revert any settings or passwords to their default and disconnect any wireless devices.
When you say your V6 loses signal, are you referring to the wifi connection or the actual TV service?
