Tivo box turning off

Getting really fed up now, for weeks our box keeps turning itself off and restarting but then gets stuck on starting up for hours. I have done everything I can to restart it, but nothing is helping the problem. I need an engineer to come out but can't get hold of anyone. So frustrating thinking of cancelling as was the broadband 2 weeks ago. For the price we pay its not worth it.

You are best off calling VM Faults to report this.

Wait times do vary, but many people report success calling earlier in the day before queues build up. A couple of friends got through in around 15minutes early evening recently.
