Tivo box stuck

Tivo box is stuck on starting up and has been all day . help centre just tells me there is no fault with the tv ...

have rebooted several times to no effect

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for  your first post - I was sorry to understand that you were having some issues with your TV services last week. 

 

How are things looking for you since your post? I have been able to locate your account from your forum information and can see that an area issue was logged on your account on 25th June under reference number F008165721. The notes advise this issue was restored on 29th June. 

 

Your box seems to be looking ok from this end when checking - it's been around 6 days since your last reboot. No known area issues currently and no errors that we can see at the time of writing. 

 

If you are still having issues, please do not hesitate to pop back and we can take a closer look for you. Please do perform a reboot first.
