Tivo box stuck on starting up

My Tivo box is stuck on "starting up".  Tried switching on/off.  All cables fine. Broadband all good.  Did online service check.  I see others have posted similar problems and the solution may be I need a new box.  

This evening I spent an hour on hold to the call centre waiting to speak to someone.  The call then cleared.  Rang back to be told call centres were now closed (7pm)??

Does anyone have any advice on a fix for the box, or just how to talk to someone at Virgin about the problem.

Outside chance this could be an area fault - you can check on 0800 5610061.

Otherwise... yes this is a fault call I'm afraid. Realistically you have 3 choices..

1: Use the text messaging service on 07533 051809

2: Wait on here (possibly upto a week) for VM staff to respond.

3: Persist with the call queues, they open at 8am each morning.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with the Tv box.
