My Tivo box is stuck on "starting up". Tried switching on/off. All cables fine. Broadband all good. Did online service check. I see others have posted similar problems and the solution may be I need a new box.
This evening I spent an hour on hold to the call centre waiting to speak to someone. The call then cleared. Rang back to be told call centres were now closed (7pm)??
Does anyone have any advice on a fix for the box, or just how to talk to someone at Virgin about the problem.
