Tivo box stuck on starting up - No TV

I've reset several times and left it overnight.  Still stuck on starting up every time I reset.

Called 3 times to report issue.  After 40plus minute wait, i get an engaged tone and then it goes silent.  I've given the automated sytem my mobile number twice but I have still not received a link to help with the fault.   The Vrgin fault online service does not help with my issue.  Help I've got no TV and I don't know how else to report the fault.  Are there any online technicians who can help here? Thanks

I'm very sorry to hear about this. Have you been able to reboot the Tv box to see if this helps?

 

Have you been able to sign into your online account and run a test on your line?
