Tivo box started to fail

Hi, our Tivo box has started playing up. It's been fine (for years!) but now and again - once every couple of weeks - we need to take the power out the back and plug it in again. The remote doesn't work, and the buttons on the front of it don't either. It works again after we turn the power off and on again.

Any ideas? Thanks...

Probably a failing box. Call VM and report it.
